Superlative New Year's Eve menu! This year we opted for the New Year's Eve menu from the Zunfthaus and our expectations were completely exceeded! Everything fresh, sustainably packaged and incredibly tasty. We would do it again and again, but we are already looking forward to the next visit to the hearty inn itself.

I had a very tasty salad from the menu of the day. The choice of dishes is varied - everyone gets their money's worth here ? The location is great and you can sit outside very nicely in (late) summer. The wait staff are really on their toes, you have to say! Nobody has to sit on dry land here. We were completely satisfied and would love to come back!

I was there with my family of five, we are between 20 and 75 years old. The service was friendly and hard-working, you could see that she enjoyed her work! The meat dishes were excellent, the meat tender, the fish as well, the sauces and side dishes were a dream. Appetizers and desserts were also praised. At the next event we will drive about 40 km to the Zunfthaus :))

Very nice and friendly service. Despite our reservation, our table was occupied because of a mix-up and they quickly found a replacement and "compensated" us with an espresso / nightcap. The Maultaschensuppe was very good, the Wiener Schnitzel as well and the Swabian onion roast excellent. The portions were so generous that we couldn't make dessert. Quaint and authentic ambience, but also a bit noisy. We sat in a small adjoining room, which was a bit quieter. Recommended in any case!

Everything okay. Polite conditions despite full outdoor area. Eating and drinking everything good and fresh. To recommend flat soup and cheese noodles. Keep it up, come back next time.

There were 5. + dog in the guild house today, but without a prior reservation there would have been no free table today, it was well attended. Despite the hustle and bustle, we were warmly welcomed, and our 4-legged companion was given a bowl of fresh water right in front of our nose ? The menu is small, but there is something for everyone, above all the quality of the individual dishes increases. My Maultaschen with potato salad were excellent, as were the other dishes, which was reflected in the empty plates. All in all a very nice location with good food and very friendly wait staff ✌? I have to especially highlight the red-haired waitress ??

A place in the most beautiful part of Ulm, with ok food for reasonable prizes. We had lovely pasta, sub par Spätzle (a disappointment for a place known for its local food) and a salad that was good but had way to much dressing. Portion sizes are great. That being said, this place urgently needs to hire extra staff. I felt sorry for the two ladies who had to serve all tables, they were stressing and running all evening and judging by the other comments, have done so every evening for a long time.

The restaurant in the Union of Sailors is a traditional Ulm restaurant in the Old Town, located in a half-timbered building. Local seasonal delicacies and beer. In hot weather to quench thirst, of course, wheat from the barrel. Nearby, in the immediate vicinity of the city walls and the Danube, there is a beer garden in summer. Built at the beginning. Excellent! The location is nice. You can see the river Danube if you sit outside. It's warm and nostalgic inside. The beer is very good! The food also. I eat the Ziebelnroastbraten. It is just perfect. The dessert was from the weekly menu, but also very good. The staff is also friendly. My only complaint is that I didn't get a meat knife for the meal.

Very nice building from outside but nice also inside. It's cosy and stuff was friendly. Food was tasty, bier was also good. All in all good place in beautiful center of Ulm. I did not like only one thing - we had table at the first floor and there was very hot (it was May and outside at evening was about 16 degrees Celsius). I can't imagine how hot there must be in summer. I haven't noticed any air conditioning.

Nice and lovely place, with German traditional food. This place has different salads which you can try if you request food.

Decent food, very friendly staff, lovely building

Visited on a wet cold Saturday afternoon. Very busy but made welcome even though fully booked for evening diners. Great beer and friendly knowledgeable staff who endured our imperfect German. As always when we are in Germany the locals were warm and welcoming and spoke some English to us. Will definitely return when next in Ulm.

Typical restaurant in the old town of Ulm. The room is made of wood, with a mezzanine. The menu is vast with traditional and non-traditional dishes. The seasoned fillet served with fries or baked potato with yogurt sauce is very good The apple fritters with vanilla ice cream are excellent. Friendly staff and especially for Italians there is a waiter who speaks Italian and who will be able to advise us. Average account. The premises in ulm are always full, I advise you to book, in fact, as there are no free seats, they added us to complete a table.

Traditional south german food, a wonderful original "Fachwerkhaus" and a lovely beer garden in summer times. No vegan options.
